If you’ve ordered successfully, you will receive an email. Sometimes, I’ll get emails/calls asking why someone hasn’t received their prints yet when I never got an order. If you haven’t entered your name & address (this happens within the Cart/Check-Out screens), then you haven’t completed your order. Likewise, if you don’t get a confirmation email, something has gone wrong & you may need to try again. Unfortunately, I haven’t learned how to receive orders telepathically, though it is on my list of things to do. : ) It would be a lot easier! So, check your email for a confirmation & you’ll know that I’m working on it.
Photographer’s Picks. This is a secondary category that I create that let you quickly browse my favorites from the session. (Want to play with Categories? Check the drop-down box on the left-hand side of the screen). The Photographer’s Picks category is designed to let you get a quick overview or, if another relative wants to order a few prints, it’s an easy place to direct them if they don’t want to look through all the images (I’d expect this to happen more often in weddings and other big events). However, if you haven’t chosen a category and you’ve chosen to View All, you will see some pictures repeated at the end: these are my picks. They’re not different from the matching images in your regular gallery in any way, it’s just that the particular view you’ve chosen to use lets you see all the images in all the categories.
Promo Codes. If you bought a package, you should have received a Promo Code from me either in an email or written down for you (depending on how the majority of our communication was handled). In either case, your Promo Code will give you print credit in your gallery. So, go to your gallery on the clients page and pick a few images to add to the cart (don’t worry, if necessary, you can delete them later). Now, click on the “Cart” within the gallery & under your list of images & total, there will be a blank for your Promo Code. Enter the Code I gave you & your cart should be credited with the appropriate amount for prints, canvases, discs, etc. If you have any problems with this, or it looks like your promo code isn’t working, just scroll to the bottom of this page & shoot me an email.
